This month we have changed and revamped our point reward program. For those who have been collecting points you need to pay attention. The rewards program is now directly accessible from your personal member page. You will be able to check your point status, see if you qualify for a reward, and and redeem a discount code from this page. You need to be a member (which means you need a website log-in) in order to view your member page and redeem your points. You will also have easy access to your points by clicking the loyalty button at the top of the page. You can access your member page from the down arrow, next to the bell. Hard to see on the photo... How the Program Works Points you have previously earned through the Smile reward program have been transferred to the new program. You can see your point status in your member page. You earn points every time you shop on the website. Every dollar you spend gets you 1 reward point. Important to note: we are no longer able to offer "birthday points". There are various point levels. When you reach a reward milestone you can attach the reward coupon to your order. Simply copy the code from your member page and paste it as a promo # in the appropriate box on your cart. 100 points will get you 5% off your total order 250 points gets you 10% off your total order 500 points will get you 15% off your total order 1000 points gets you 20% off your total order Got questions? Did you know you can purchase gift cards for our on-line store. These have been recently upgraded, so here is the low down. Once you have filled in the recipient details, and pressed the "buy" button, your purchase will show up in a separate cart, and you can pay with your preferred method of payment. You are unable to purchase a gift certificate with reward points. You will receive notification that your order has been received, and your recipient will receive an email notification that looks like this: Note: I sent this from myself - to myself. When you purchase a gift card your name show after "Enjoy your gift". If you would like your gift recipient to receive this on a specific future date, there is a spot on the form for you to indicate this. Redeeming the Gift Card: When your recipient is ready to redeem the gift card, they will go to their shopping cart to complete the purchase. They will not enter the card # on this page, but they will proceed to checkout. (the promo or certificate # on this page is for discount codes offered by Scrappers' Cove or manual gift certificates, not Gift cards..) On checkout: On the payment section they will click "redeem a gift card", copy and paste the code from their email and apply. If they are making a larger purchase, they can pay the balance by using their preferred method of payment. This is a long drawn out explanation, but these cards are easy to give and fun to receive.
